Terms of Service for MetaBot

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MetaBot, an AI-powered Discord bot generation service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

MetaBot generates custom Discord bots from natural language descriptions using AI technology. The service includes bot creation, verification, and deployment assistance.

3. User Responsibilities

You must provide clear, legal, and appropriate bot descriptions
You are solely responsible for how you use the generated bots
You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
You must not request or create bots that violate laws, Discord policies, or these ToS

4. Prohibited Uses

The following bot requests are strictly prohibited:

Bots that promote violence, hate, or discrimination
Bots that violate Discord's Terms of Service
Bots that infringe on intellectual property rights
Bots that contain malicious code or harmful functionality
Bots that spam, harass, or abuse other users
Bots that bypass Discord's security measures

5. Liability and Responsibility

MetaBot uses AI verification (MetaGuard) to screen requests, but this system is not infallible

IMPORTANT: If a bot created by MetaBot violates laws, Discord Terms of Service, or any other regulations, you (the user) are solely responsible for any consequences, legal issues, account suspensions, or damages that may arise. The service providers and developers bear no responsibility for user-generated content or the actions of created bots.

You acknowledge that AI-generated code may contain bugs or security vulnerabilities
You are responsible for testing and securing any bots you create

6. Service Limitations

Bot generation is provided "as-is" without warranties
Service availability is not guaranteed
Generated bots may require manual adjustments
The AI verification system may decline legitimate requests

7. Data and Privacy

Bot requests and generated code may be logged for security purposes
Personal data is handled according to Discord's privacy policies
Generated bots may contain identifying information

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Decline any bot request without explanation
Suspend or terminate service access
Remove or disable generated bots that violate these terms

9. Modifications

These ToS may be updated at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
